We are a future focused and inclusive secondary school providing a learner centered education for the rapidly growing wider Rolleston community. Our aim is to provide a challenging and empowering learning environment, that will develop the skills, knowledge and dispositions necessary to enable our learners to shape their lives, develop communities and transform their futures.

Teacher of Art
(Full time, Fixed for one year Position due to Study Leave)
We are currently seeking applications for a highly motivated Teacher of Art for a one year fixed LTR position. Applicants will need to be NZ registered, have a learner-centred focus and be excited about working in a collaborative, flexible and responsive learning environment. Specialist skills in Painting, Photography and Mahi Toi (Maori & Pacific Art and Tikanga) would be an advantage, however not essential. Please also state any other supporting subjects on your application.

As a restorative practice school we believe strongly in building and enhancing positive professional relationships with our learners. All teachers are expected to be involved in our whānau system and are active in providing mentoring and academic counselling to students in a warm and demanding way.
