1) Personal Assistant
Full-time, Permanent *40 hours per week. Term time only
We are seeking applications for a fun-loving, self-directed and highly motivated Personal Assistant to join our team here at the College. The ability to work as part of a team, with a high level of integrity, confidentiality and honesty is essential.
This role is responsible for providing administrative and payroll support to the College’s Principal and Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This includes assisting with the day to day activities of the Principal and SLT, diary management, drafting and responding to communications, planning and organising travel and or meetings including catering, attending to visitors, and general administrative duties to ensure the efficient running of College.

2) IT Administration Assistant
Part-time, permanent *30 hours per week. Term time only
An exciting opportunity exists for an IT Coordinator and Administration Assistant to join our team here at the College. Technology minded, we are looking for an individual to ensure the College’s ICT requests and concerns are logged and or dealt with within agreed service levels.
Your strong communication, organisational and time management skills, will ensure the schools IT assets are issued, returned, managed and repaired promptly. At times you will provide low level IT assistance for staff and learners, so the ability to multi-task and problem solve is a must.
