To enrol for a place as an International Learner at Rolleston College simply follow these six easy steps.
1. Complete an International Enrolment form
You can request an Enrolment pack which will be posted to your or download and complete our Rolleston College here (Adobe PDF file).
Please note that all documents must be in English or translated into English AND verified by our nominated agent or a registered Justice of the Peace/Notary Public.
2. Attach the required documents
Alongside your completed International Enrolment Application for Admission Form, please ensure you provide and include copies of your learners’:
Again all documents need to be verified by our nominated agent or a registered Justice of the Peace/Notary Public.
3. Send us your completed Enrolment Form and required documents
Please post your completed International Enrolment Application for Admission Form and certified copies of required documents to us here at the College.
If deadlines are an issue, you can scan your Application for Admission Form and certified copies of required documents to our email and then post the originals to our postal address listed below. This means we can start the process, but we do need a physical copy posted to us to verify your application before continuing.
Once we receive your application, we will review it and advise one of the following outcomes:
Outcome One: Enrolment application incomplete.
In this case, we may request further evidence and information regarding your enrolment application. To ensure your application is processed in a timely manner and you don’t miss out on a place, please action these requests urgently within the timeframes detailed in the letter.
Outcome Two: Enrolment application complete, conditions met, and a place is available.
In this instance, we will issue you with a Conditional Offer of Place (COOP), and the enrollment is subject to visa confirmation and payment of fees.
Outcome Three: Decline a request for a place.
There may be occasions where we may decline your request for enrolment where enrolment conditions are not met or where we have no places available.
4. Apply for a student visa
If your application is successful, you will be sent a Conditional Offer of Place (COOP) alongside an Invoice for the associated fees. We recommend that you apply for your Visa as soon as you have been given your Offer of Place. In some cases earlier, as the application process may take several weeks and can impact not only your offer of a place but your start date at the College.
5. Visa Approved, let us know!
Once your visa is approved, let us know by scanning through a copy of your Visa so we can verify and finalise an official offer of a place. You can send it to email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org
6. Lastly, take time to work Through our Pre Arrival Checklist.
Use our Pre-Arrival Guide checklist to help make sure you are ready.
