What whānau need to know about teenagers and vaping


Many of the young people we talk to are vaping 50mg of nicotine, and experiencing withdrawal when they are in class, or at night they have to wake up to vape due to withdrawal. Frequent vaping causes irritability, jitters, sleeplessness, coughs, sore throats and brain fog.

How can parents minimise the impact of vaping for their teens?
