First Foundation scholarships

Open to current year 12 learners with Merit/Excellence endorsement, in L1 NCEA.  

Applications for the First Foundation scholarships opened on Monday 3 March. This scholarship provides academic assistance, financial support, work experience and a dedicated mentor  to help rangatahi transition and thrive in tertiary studies.

Year 12 design trip

A group of ten year 12 learners visited Ariki Creative (graphics), Alchemy Equipment (fashion), The Filing Kabinet (jewellery) and Kovacs Furniture, to learn more about career opportunities in design. The visits helped shape learners' career ideas and helped to develop feelings of confidence about pursuing a career in creative industries. Thank you to the employers involved!
