RDU radio station and Saltbox recording studio visit

A small group of learners had the opportunity to visit the RDU radio station and Saltbox recording studios in Christchurch. They learnt all about the opportunities both these places give to local up and coming artists allowing them exposure and work experience. Tavu and Izzy also recorded their own original songs! 

 

University of OtagoxTrimble: robotics and technology

The University of Otago holds an annual event at Trimble in Christchurch. This gives learners an opportunity to learn about the different technologies that they develop for the use within a range of different industries. Our learners really enjoyed seeing this equipment and understand the pathways that can lead them to work for such an awesome company.
