  • Senior leader for almost 10 years
  • Previously a Deputy Principal of Western Springs College in Auckland
  • Acting Deputy Principal at Massey High School also in Auckland
  • Taught at the mighty Queen Charlotte College at the entrance to the Marlborough Sounds
  • Key touchstones include, Restorative Practice, Te Kotahitanga and Positive Behaviour for Learning.

Cameron Winsloe | Associate Principal


  • Senior Leadership team at Horoeka Haemata
  • Member of staff at Rolleston College since 2019 and in the curriculum area of Health and Physical Education.
  • Held the roles of Raumati Whānau Leader and Assistant Head of Physical Education.
  • Teaching experience in both primary and secondary, as well as an educational recruitment background.
  • Involved in the Selwyn community with various roles in the Waihora RFC and Tai Tapu Tennis Club

  • Previously held the positions of Raumati Ako Leader, ‘Ready to Learn (PB4L)’ Leader and Across School Teacher focusing on Relationships and Learner Engagement for the Ngā Peka o Tauwharekākaho (Rolleston) Kāhui Akō.
  • Over 15 years experience as a teacher over a range of schools in London, Nelson and Canterbury.

  • Has been acting head and assistant head of the department of Physical Education along with teaching Mathematics.
