Join Selwyn Parenting Network on Monday 13 May, here at Rolleston College, for an evening seminar with Catherine Gallagher, clinical psychologist.
It's common for kids to have health-related worries and fears at different times throughout childhood and adolescence. When they occur sporadically, they are considered normal and tend to resolve on their own. However, for some children and teens, these worries can become overwhelming and significantly disrupt their functioning at home, school, and with friends.
This event will provide valuable information and strategies for parents, educators, and anyone interested in understanding and supporting young individuals dealing with anxiety.
The hui begins at 7pm and is followed by a panel discussion and Q&A session for you to find out what you want to know.
