sPacifically Pacific (sPACPAC) uses Pasifika identities, languages and cultures to raise Pasifika student aspirations and achievement in schools in Christchurch.
The Youth Awards were held on Friday at the Aurora Centre in Christchurch.
The Community Engagement award is for individuals and groups who demonstrate effective engagement and collaboration within their local community by way of the four pillars of strengthening communities: people, place, participation, and preparedness.
Lincoln sits on the Selwyn Youth Council and his involvement in engaging conversations for youth in our district is impactful. He's held space with mayors, councillors, agencies, educations, police, and is passionate about advocating for youth and cultural inclusion in Selwyn.
He also attended the Pasifika Leadership Retreat last week.
Congratulations Lincoln!
