The team are working until mid-December preparing to install traffic lights and upgrade the intersection to make it safer and handle the traffic as an arterial route in and out of Rolleston.

Temporary 30km/h restrictions on the southbound approach to the roundabout (heading towards Rolleston)

Two-way traffic on all approaches to the intersection will be maintained.

Please look out for our contractors working on the road and follow signage on site.

We will have more updates in the coming weeks on what’s happening in the new year.

We are working to keep Lowes Road/Levi Road open both ways throughout the work, but this will likely mean some weeks when there will be either no access to Lincoln Rolleston Road from the intersection, or no access onto the intersection from Masefield Drive.
