Kaitlyn Wilson, Hayley Menzies, Keira van der Heijden and Millie Long competed in the South Island Long Course Championships in Invercargill last weekend. 

Keira won silver in the 50m backstroke and bronze in the 200m backstroke. 

Millie won gold in the 200m backstroke, silver in the 50m freestyle, 100m freestyle, 50m backstroke, 100 backstroke and bronze in the 800m freestyle.
