Our sports/cultural/group photos are coming up on Monday 15 and Tuesday 16 September 2025.

We are aware that this presents significant difficulties given that the PPTA rolling strikes are taking place on these days – year 12 and 13 learners will be home from school on Monday, and year 11 learners will be home on Tuesday. Unfortunately, since the photographer was booked some time ago, we are not able to reschedule.

We have tried to schedule photos accordingly, and some will be taken outside school hours on Tuesday to accommodate external coaches/managers who cannot attend during the day.

We invite all learners to attend their photo wherever possible, but understand that not everyone will be able to make it and this will be disappointing for some of you.

All learners in sports teams need to be in team uniform for their photo, and our sports department staff will be completing uniform returns following photos, so please bring a change of clothes. Learners in other groups should be in correct school uniform. Learners will not be in photos if they are not wearing correct uniform.

Please note that the photos for Polyfest and international students will be taken during in block 2 on Friday 19 September. Parents/caregivers/aiga/fanau/whānau of these learners have been contacted by Mr Vea about this photo. Please wear your full school uniform for this photo.
