Exam tutorials begin on Thursday of week four (Thursday 30 October). You can see a pdf of the timetable here.

Our tutorial hub is in the production space. All tutorials are based in this space. You will see your classroom teacher in this space on arrival.

Each class is offering up to two tutorial slots during your normally scheduled class times to ensure you are able to get to all of your class tutorials. Some subjects will be offering a much larger number of tutorials due to the amount of classes we have of these subjects. If you have a clash, please attend the class that would normally be on at that time on your timetable as your classroom teachers will be available during these times.

For example; 1 Math and 1 English have a class on Monday of week five. Please attend the tutorial that is on during your usual timetabled class, as this is the one your classroom teacher will be at.

Tutorials should be on when you have your usual class. If you have a clash, please contact your classroom teacher to advise them. Tutorials all take place in the same space, so you will have the opportunity to connect with each of your classroom teachers during this time.

When at school, learners should

• Report to the production space
• Sign in and out on the vis tab in the production space (PRD 1, 2 and 4)
• Be in full school uniform
• Be compliant with all of our school rules and policies (including phones away for the day).

Once you have attended your tutorial, you should head offsite to continue with your study away from school.
